Exchange Policy

At Winterfell Attire, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer exchanges for eligible items. Please review our exchange policy below for details:

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  2. The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  3. Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  1. Items marked as "Sale" or "Non-Exchangeable."

  2. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  3. Items without the original tags or packaging.

3. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, ship the item back to us at the following address:

Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Exchange Options

You may exchange your item for:

  • A different size or color of the same product (subject to availability).

  • A different product of equal value (if the original item is out of stock, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative).

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange.

  • Our Responsibility: We will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to you.

6. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your exchange and ship the new item. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the exchanged item has been shipped.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at winterfell.attire@gmail.com or +92 325 5515 666. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost, including covering return shipping fees.
